I like the hues and the contrasts, the colour noise and the black background, every piece of the picture is a little bit enpowered (high saturation, deep shadows and bright highlights) and together with the colour noise and the tight composition I think the feeling of the picture is filled with tension [action?]. The question I get is: What's going to happend next? It sparks the flame of imagination.
All this makes the picture interesting and great.
Not to forget the little cricket as a contributing element.
10/10 points!
